Refund policies
{{store_name}} Grocery and Produce Department Return Policy.
We gladly exchange/return dry goods and non-perishable purchased at {{store_name}} for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase when products are unopened. Open products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase. If you have a loyalty card that was applied to your transaction we have access to that receipt for 30 days.
- For our customer safety, Produce, Refrigerated and frozen Items Can Only be Returned or Exchanged within 5 Days of purchases and only with a paper receipt or a record of purchase on your loyalty card within 5 days.
- Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Clearance sales are final.
- Free coupons are only redeemable with a $15.00 purchase or greater. Limit 1 coupon per purchase.
- Returns on purchases made with free coupons are redeemable for store credit only. NO CASH BACK.
- Coupons must be original copies. No photocopies are accepted. We redeem all manufacturer coupons except when product is on clearance.

- Returns on Supplements/HBA products must be made within 30 days of purchase and in their original condition. {{store_name}} may deny or limit returns/exchanges.
- {{store_name}} will not take back any expired supplements/HBA.
- Products may not be returned without a receipt. You may receive your receipts by email. If you are also a loyalty card holder we have records of your receipts in store that can be accessed for up to 30 days.
- If the Supplement is opened, it must be returned within 7 days of being purchased with original receipt. Only store credit may be issued in this case.
- No returns/exchanges on Makeup, Eyeglasses, Toothbrushes, clothing, or Doctor Formulated Supplements from Garden of Life.
- Special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable/non-exchangeable and must be paid in full, in advance.
- We redeem all manufacturer coupons except when product is on clearance.
- Free coupons are only redeemable with a $15.00 purchase or greater.
